We invest in our stylists by offering extensive training and consistently participating in advanced education both in and out of the salon. Our coaching empowers our team to make a great income while doing what they love.

ASSOCIATE PROGRAM
Ideal for newly licensed stylists, our Associate Program offers a structured 6+ month experience where you'll work closely with a mentor stylist and receive coaching from the owner. You'll share clients and become proficient in cutting, coloring, and blending methods. Upon graduating from our program, you'll earn your own chair, fully equipped with our client-centered approach. This program is a great way to join our family, team, and learn firsthand our approach to client care.
While most of our stylists come through our Associate Program, we also welcome experienced stylists who bring fresh perspectives and new energy. We value each individual who embodies our brand, believing that everyone has something unique to offer. We run our salon like a cohesive family, constantly supporting each other regardless of experience level.
